We found a very good tutorial, very complete on how to make a massive wooden industrial light fixture, it was made for a Home Depot Gift Challenge.
You will need:
- some long boards
- copper pipe
- long fluted dowels
- Three 5 ft. chain kits (above)
- Three sockets
- Three light bulbs
- 25ft. of wire
- Screws
- Three 1/2″ copper clamps
- Wood glue
- Epoxy (to glue copper pipe)

Very nice design, altho I don’t care for the 3 wires coming down seperately from the ceiling at that length. If they were shorter it might not be a big a problem.
